What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Identify opportunities and present books, magazines, and digital content.
Negotiate deals and maximize revenue.
Track sales performance, industry trends, and new channels.
Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven sales experience (publishing industry a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to lead a team effectively.
