Accounting Supervisor
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Leading daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and payroll.
Ensuring compliance with Philippine (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and U.S. (GAAP, IRS) regulations.
Managing month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Optimizing QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and improving financial processes.
Supporting audits, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong internal controls.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of accounting experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).
Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
Excellent attention to detail with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
